Returns in our store are free.
 All you need to do is visit the website "SZYBKIE ZWROTY INPOST", fill in the required details, and place the package in the nearest parcel locker.
Otherwise, complete the return form and send the package at your own expense to the address:

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement for the Product concluded through the Store within 14 days, without providing any reason and without bearing any costs other than those specified by law.

The 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins on the day the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product. If the Sales Agreement covers multiple Products that are delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the period begins on the day the last Product, batch, or part is taken into possession.

To meet the deadline referred to above, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline to the Store's address.

In case of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Consumer is obliged to return the purchased Product immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day of submitting the withdrawal statement, to the Store's address.

The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from the use of the Product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.

The Store is obliged to refund all payments made by the Consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day the Consumer's withdrawal statement is received. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as used by the Consumer during the purchase, unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to another refund method, which does not incur any costs for them.

The Store may withhold the refund until the Product is returned or the Consumer provides proof of its return to the correct address.

The Store is obliged to immediately confirm to the Consumer the receipt of the withdrawal statement. The confirmation will be made via email.

 


 

§5 COMPLAINTS

The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Customer a Product that is in conformity with the Agreement, i.e., free from defects, unless these defects are directly and explicitly indicated to the Customer in the product description.

The Customer can file a complaint, among others:
a. in writing to the address: MERCHANDISE UNLIMITED RESOURCES Sp. z o.o., ul. Basztowa 23/1, 31-156 Kraków,
b. electronically via email to: info@mur.global

In the complaint, the Customer is required to provide the reason for the complaint, details regarding the Agreement, identification details of the Customer, delivery address, phone number, email address, and a description of the actions the Customer requests the Seller to take, including the request to bring the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement (replacement or repair of the Product), request for a price reduction, or a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement if the non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement is significant.

In the description of the complaint, it is also recommended that the Customer include:
a. information and circumstances related to the subject of the complaint, particularly the type and date of the non-conformity of the Product with the Agreement (defects);
b. photographic documentation confirming the existence of the defect.
– to facilitate and speed up the complaint process. The requirements stated in the previous sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description.

The Seller will address the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day of its submission. If the Seller does not respond within this period, it means that the Seller considers the complaint justified.

A Customer who exercises their rights under warranty is obliged to provide the Seller with the Product subject to repair or replacement. The Seller will collect the Product from the Customer at its own expense.
